After weeks of wondering what else could do to help support Mojang, the wedding sale suddenly came, and I finally owned Minecraft (as well as my little brother!) At first I decided to start a Let's Play, but one of the new updates prevented me from doing so by adding the "offline mode" text to the top-left of the screen. Seeing how this game not only changed the way I think, but also improved me as a creative individual, I decided I HAD to support it's spectacular creator- Notch, in some way, shape or form. I created everything from my first nooby cube of wood house, to learning the basics of redstone (and eventually pistons), to building castles, to being able to build an entire village from scratch in just an hour. It was just such an amazingly designed game. I think I've played around a thousand hours since that first day. ![]() ![]() Honestly before I started playing, I wondered how such a simple looking game with such outdated graphics would be fun.Īfter pirating it for a few months I realized that the opposite could not be more true. Same story here (I got it during the Wub Weekend sale).
