Maybe you will even find a solution that works for you, but none have solved it for me. Search "quickbooks has stopped working" and you will find tons of pages. Message boards and web sites are rife with complaints about the same problem. ![]() ![]() Once again the Intuit tech help finally bowed out, saying "it's your system." I did it (only after assurances that I had a 60 day guarantee & could get my money back) and needless to say, exactly the same problem occurred. I tried again a week later, spent many more hours over 2 more days, and finally was convinced that all my problems would be solved if I gave up in Quickbooks Pro 2007 and just upgraded to 2008, which the tech help claimed always worked fine with Vista. In the end, the guy said it must be a Windows problem and quickly made his escape. ![]() Vista Home Premium,Quickbooks Pro 2007, same experience. After paying $75 for a one month service contract, I spent an entire afternoon online and on the phone with Quickbooks tech help remotely working on my computer. I have spent dozens of hours, and quite a bit of money, trying to solve this same problem.
